What is Hypnotherapy?
Hypnosis is a natural state of mind. When you are under hypnosis, we can have an intense focus inward. This allows for deep suppressed memories or emotions to unveil, so that we may make behavioral modifications to truly heal the root of our outward, conscious living.

What is Holistic Trauma Informed Coaching?
Holistic simply means whole. Holistic coaching is when we enhance personal development by looking at the human structure as a whole: body, mind, and spirit. Trauma informed coaching allows me to understand how trauma can affect a person—mentally, emotionally, and physically—and guides how we will move forward. While looking at life coaching through these lenses, we are able to unlock your fullest potential and create transformational changes that support balance. We honor and acknowledge the trauma and your emotional and physical reaction to it.
What are the benefits of this type of coaching?
Acknowledging and understanding yourself fully allows for more patterns to be unveiled and more solutions to be illuminated. Because everything is connected: when we dive into each part, we are able to heal, uplift, and support to the fullest extent.
Is this different from therapy?
As a life coach, I am able to offer more unconventional ways to create breakthroughs in your life. The work that you do in therapy is primarily during your sessions with the therapist. In my coaching, we are goal-oriented and I may send you home with some homework to continue this work outside of your session. We create achievable goals to further your healing and daily life integration. In some cases, different kinds of therapy may be necessary and I do not hesitate to recommend a therapist if needed.

You can expect a supportive, guiding format that helps you unlock different perspectives on the friction, problems, or trauma in your life. We will work towards a personal transformation that will benefit and empower you throughout your lifetime. You can expect a deeper sense of belonging and purpose in your life - and a stronger sense of self to help you navigate during our sessions and beyond.
Can you help with trauma?
Yes! You are the key to healing yourself. We will work on your personal trauma, at times we may understand inner child work and the reparenting processes that need to be done. This isn’t always the approach for every session, especially with kids. At times we will go to the body for answers and healing. As your life strategist, we will work on the present moment, and towards the future - using the past trauma to help honor and define the good lessons that we have learned, understand daily life interactions that can be triggering, and move forward with practices to help self soothe and self heal. Sometimes you don't need to revisit the trauma to heal from it. I'm thoughtful in my approach as my goal is to be effective and not to re-traumatize.
What is the mind-body connection?
The mind-body connection is the link between your thoughts and your emotions. When we work closely with this connection, we can reframe how we speak to ourselves and benefit from the understanding that our thoughts, feelings, beliefs, and attitudes can either positively or negatively affect our biological functioning. This can always be an intro into S.E in where we move emotions through and out of the body.
What are your techniques?
I use techniques that include Hypnotherapy, Emotional Freedom Techniques, Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Breathwork, Meditations, Movement Exercises, and Other Mindful Practices. I combine healing arts with neurological science to help combine trauma coaching within that mind-body connection.
What makes your sessions different?
We work together to figure out the best tools and resources for you to implement into your daily life. Through Hypnotherapy and trauma informed coaching, we promote your own self answers to focus on your goals and how to achieve them. Threading in different modalities and tools to bring more mindfulness into your healing journey including semantic experiencing, movement and bodywork, healing arts, as well as talk and behavioral therapy. Together we build resiliency, define your life’s burning purpose, and encourage your creative processes so you can use these tools to navigate the rest of your life.
How do I support the parent?
My focus is on the child or young adult first and foremost. If under age, the parent can be supportive of “homework” assigned for the child to further their development. Homework can look like expressive arts, podcasts, articles, books, and more to help the child learn, and the parents are always welcome to join for a deeper understanding of what their child is working on or towards. Of course, I want to check in about the environment and the parents' concerns or we can connect on ways to deepen the parent’s understanding of how their child is integrating their work. I will meet with the parents for a free biweekly phone call to check-in and communicate any questions, concerns, or resources to be implemented.
What is our long-term goal?
Our goal is to build strong habits that work to achieve a bigger goal, encouraging children to do these practices that make them feel confident and good with getting to trust know themselves, and shifting the little things right now that create bigger positive change in their lives - enhancing the longevity of these healthy habits including mindsets that support them while integrating into daily life feeling empowered, stable, and capable.
